We are looking for a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate production equipment. You will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and products meet high-quality standards while strictly following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, calibrate, and adjust machinery before and during production runs to ensure optimal performance. Load raw materials, parts, or components into semi-automated or automated equipment. Watch machinery during operation to spot problems, test performance, and keep production moving at the right speed. Inspect finished parts and products using measuring tools to detect flaws or misalignments. Perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance checks; troubleshoot mechanical issues when they happen. Log production output, document defective or approved units, and report major issues to supervisors. Follow all health and safety rules, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep the work area clean

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to stand and manually load/unload machine for up to 3 hours at a time. Maintain efficient machine operation. Monitor machine to detect production defects. Complete and maintain all documentation to maintain part traceability. Ability to work independently. Must have good attention to detail Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
