Shift:
2nd 6:45am-7pm these are rotating shifts will work every other weekend 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Rate:
$23-25 Requirements Minimum 2 years of plastic extrusion experience film extrusion experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience with machine setups and changeovers Experience with tooling/die changes and machine adjustments Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities Basic math skills Able to complete production and quality reports Strong attendance and dependable work history Able to work effectively as part of a team Good verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Set up, start, operate, and stop extrusion equipment Monitor extrusion parameters and make necessary adjustments Follow established set-up sheets and production recipes Perform changeovers and tooling changes as required Conduct periodic quality checks on extruded products and Master Rolls Identify quality issues and make adjustments to minimize scrap Complete daily production and productivity reports Monitor raw materials, additives, cores, and other production supplies Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues Notify the supervisor and maintenance team of equipment breakdowns Package, stack, and move finished products as required Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards Participate in scrap reduction, productivity, and continuous improvement efforts #IND2
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
