Job Overview Patrick Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator / Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, be familiar with 5s procedures, and conducting precise inspections to uphold product specifications. Duties Operate, monitor, and tend to production equipment. Set up and calibrate equipment for accurate manufacturing processes. Inspect manufactured parts, verify first-piece runs, and perform quality checks. Digitally record detailed process data, production orders, and quality metrics. Skills and Experience Needed At least 2 years in a manufacturing setting, preferably in machine operation or quality control. Ability to document production data on a computer. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments. Requirements Long-Term work history. Historically positive attendance record. Zero tolerance on background checks containing a felony, violent misdemeanor, or repetitive misdemeanors (i.e, petty theft, possession, etc.). Ability to pass a drug screen - including marijuana.
