Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assembly/Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will bring mechanical knowledge, factory experience, and a proactive attitude to support efficient manufacturing operations. Duties Assemble components accurately using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and work instructions Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or issues promptly Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to production schedules and quality guidelines Qualifications Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment effectively Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of factory environment protocols and equipment operation

Pay:

$16.50 - $17.00 per hour
