Job Description

Extrusion Machine Operator - 3rd Shift We are looking for hardworking, mechanically inclined candidates to join our team in Hudson, OH, as an Extrusion Machine Operator on the 3rd shift. If you have experience in production or machine operation and are eager to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Hours:
10:45 pm - 7:00 am, Sunday through
Saturday Pay:
$21.50/hour Key Responsibilities
  • Set up extrusion lines, including tooling, vacuum tank, puller, cutter, and coiler
  • Fill hoppers and prepare the production area
  • Measure and size products using calipers, step gauges, and micrometers
  • Monitor product quality: OD, ID, wall thickness, weight, surface finish
  • Perform hand coiling, stacking, and operate automatic coiler
  • Package and label products: poly-bag, heat seal, apply labels, tape boxes
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Complete production paperwork, run history, and shipping documentation
  • Perform line clean-up, remove tooling, clean plastic residue, and grind scrap Minimum Requirements
  • Prior experience in production or machine operation preferred
  • Comfortable using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Ability to understand and follow written specifications and tolerances
  • Physically able to lift boxes and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Reliable and able to work independently Nice to Have Skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience working in warehouse or factory settings Preferred Education and Experience
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Able to handle physically demanding tasks Other Requirements
  • 5-panel drug test (THC is acceptable) must be completed before starting
  • Must dress professionally for interview and arrive 10 minutes early
