This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on operating and maintaining centerless grinding machines to produce metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate centerless grinding machines Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Select and mount grinding wheels according to specifications Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning Identify and remove defective parts from production

Required Qualifications:

Must have Centerless Grinding CNC Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift 50-70 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements Previous grinding or machining experience
