Extrusion Operator

• 3 Shifts Available We are currently seeking candidates with manufacturing/production experience and mechanical aptitude for an Extrusion Operator position in Hudson.

In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion lines, ensuring product quality, and supporting packaging and documentation processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 3

Key Responsibilities:

Set up of extrusion lines, including tooling, vacuum tank, puller, cutter, and coiler Fill hoppers and prepare production area Measure and size product using calipers, step gauges, and micrometers Monitor quality: OD, ID, wall thickness, weight, surface finish Perform hand coiling, stacking, and operate automatic coiler Package and label products: poly-bag, heat seal, apply labels, and tape boxes Maintain clean and organized work area Complete production paperwork, run history, and shipping documentation Perform line clean-up, remove tooling, clean plastic residue, and grind scrap

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in production or machine operation preferred Comfortable using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Ability to understand and follow written specs and tolerances Physically able to lift boxes and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable and able to work independently
