Weekly Pay Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts | 2-2-3 Schedule LaborMax Staffing is hiring Production Associates for Graphic Packaging in Kenton, Ohio. This facility manufactures cups, boxes, lids, and cartons for a variety of brands. Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• 36 hours one week / 48 hours the following week
• New employees may train on day shift for approximately two weeks before moving to their assigned shift Job Duties
• Perform production and manufacturing duties
• Assist with the production of cups, boxes, lids, and cartons
• Monitor products for quality
• Follow established safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform additional production duties as assigned Requirements
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may become hot
• Steel-toe shoes or boots required
• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
• No jewelry, including facial piercings and rings, while working
• No smoking on company property outside of designated/personal vehicle areas
• Temp-to-Hire
• Employees may be considered for full-time hire after completing the required 90 days/321 hours, based on attendance, work ethic, performance, and business needs.
