Weekly Pay Schedule:
12-Hour Shifts | 2-2-3 Schedule LaborMax Staffing is hiring Production Associates for Graphic Packaging in Kenton, Ohio. This facility manufactures cups, boxes, lids, and cartons for a variety of brands. Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- 36 hours one week / 48 hours the following week
- New employees may train on day shift for approximately two weeks before moving to their assigned shift Job Duties
- Perform production and manufacturing duties
- Assist with the production of cups, boxes, lids, and cartons
- Monitor products for quality
- Follow established safety and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform additional production duties as assigned Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may become hot
- Steel-toe shoes or boots required
- Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
- No jewelry, including facial piercings and rings, while working
- No smoking on company property outside of designated/personal vehicle areas
- Temp-to-Hire
- Employees may be considered for full-time hire after completing the required 90 days/321 hours, based on attendance, work ethic, performance, and business needs.
