2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (possible overtime) Summary We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Lebanon, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our manufacturing machines. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality are essential. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures. Perform machine setup and adjustments using a computer interface. Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct routine quality checks on finished products. Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform minor maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure . Basic computer skills for machine setup and operation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
