Job Description Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembly & Machining Associate.

Assembly & Machining Associate Job Details Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM. Mandatory overtime may extend shifts to 10 or 12 hours.

Lebanon, OH Assembly & Machining Associate Requirements/Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required. High school diploma or GED required. Stable work history required. Must be able to read and understand safety, maintenance, and work instructions in English. Clear verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements for up to 12 hours. Must be available for mandatory overtime. Steel-toe footwear required. Ability to follow standard work procedures, production cycle times, and quality requirements. About the Assembly & Machining Associate Role As an Assembly & Machining Associate, your responsibilities will include: Load and unload castings into CNC mills, lathes, and multi-drill machines. Machine automotive components according to established quality standards and cycle time requirements. Load and unload parts onto plating racks. Move plated materials to the assembly area. Monitor and maintain proper chemical balance during the plating process. Transport parts between departments using an electric cart and Kanban system. Operate PLC machines during automotive component assembly. Manually assemble brake calipers. Follow standard work instructions and production cycle times. Transfer finished products into designated containers. Support the production of automotive brake components, including calipers, antilock braking systems (ABS), and electric parking brakes (EPB).
