Requirements and Job Duties GED or diploma preferred; experience helps but not required Assemble products or components with care and attention to detail Use basic hand tools or equipment (we'll train you!) Inspect parts for quality and call out problems Meet daily production goals Keep your station clean, organized, and safe Follow clear instructions and hit daily production goals Preferred Qualifications Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Worker. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
