Now Hiring Automated Machine Operator Location:
Lynchburg, OH Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hourSchedule:
7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Machines Don't Run Without You. Ready to work hard and see the results in your paycheck? As a Machine Operator, you'll keep machines running, keep production moving, and earn steady pay along the way. Requirements Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude Basic math and measurement skills Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work overtime as needed Experience with soldering processes preferred Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and electronic assembly processes preferred Experience with ASM placement equipment, Universal PTH machines, or similar equipment is a plus Familiarity with electronic components and workmanship standards preferred Previous manufacturing or electronics production experience preferred job Duties Operate automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency Read and interpret customer prints, work orders, and production instructions Operate high-speed production equipment, including screen printing, paste inspection, pick-and-place, and reflow processes Set up and verify components for production runs according to work order requirements Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production specifications Track production activities using routers and other manufacturing documentation Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and communicate concerns to supervisors Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing operations Maintain equipment, workstations, and production areas in a clean and organized condition Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goalsBenefits Get Paid Right:
