Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various industrial machines to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing machines and scales Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications Interpret production documents Conduct routine inspections Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations. Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of hand tools, forklift operation, and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, materials handling, packaging, and fabrication activities as needed. Qualifications Prior experience operating machinery . Perfection and care of equipment/property. Ability to work well with others. Motivated and willing to learn. Able to work more than 40 Hours aweek. Able to lift upto 70 pounds. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments and factory experience preferred. Mechanically inclined and able to understand the motherboards that control machines. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and efficiently using industrial troubleshooting techniques. Good communication skills with the ability to read production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
