Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will contribute directly to meeting production goals while adhering to strict safety standards. Responsibilities Operate a wide range of manufacturing corrugated machinery including flexo presses, Large press machines, and other industrial equipment with precision and care. Program and troubleshoot ensuring optimal machine performance and product quality. Follow job specs and ensure quality and accuracy throughout the run Conduct dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify product conformity. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. Assist in assembly processes and packaging finished products for shipment, ensuring quality control at every stage of production. Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing equipment in a factory or manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical drawings accurately. Knowledge of shop math, and the use of precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues quickly and effectively while maintaining safety standards in production environments. Skilled in the use of hand tools, shop math, fabrication and assembly line processes. Strong commitment to safety standards in manufacturing settings combined with excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
