This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $27-29/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on advanced machine setup, process optimization, and technical leadership within a multi-spindle machining environment. This is a high-impact role ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in hands-on work, problem-solving, and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced setups and changeovers on Acme multi-spindle machines Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, and cam timing for efficiency and quality Troubleshoot complex machining and material issues Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements and lead first-article inspections Support quoting, cost estimating, and process development Mentor operators and junior technicians while establishing best practices Drive continuous improvement, reduce changeover times, and improve utilization

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on Acme or multi-spindle setup experience Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T Advanced knowledge of tooling, materials, feeds, and speeds Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Experience with precision measurement tools Ability to work independently and make technical decisions

Preferred Qualifications:
