This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $28-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on advanced multi-spindle machining, technical leadership, process optimization, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complete setups and changeovers on Schutte multi-spindle machines Troubleshoot complex machining, tooling, timing, and process issues Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, cycle times, and overall machine efficiency Support operators and setup technicians with hands-on technical guidance Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications Lead first-piece approvals and support quality initiatives Drive continuous improvement efforts related to scrap reduction and machine uptime Develop setup standards, tooling layouts, and process documentation Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability Support new product launches and process development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience setting up Schutte or similar multi-spindle screw machines Strong knowledge of cam-driven machining and timing adjustments Advanced troubleshooting and process optimization experience Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Experience using precision measuring equipment Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:
