Color Batch Maker

Now hiring Color Batch Makers for a manufacturing company in Medina for 1st shift, 5am - 1:30pm. Weekly pay at $20 per hour. The Color Batch Maker is responsible for weighing materials and determining the correct amounts to pour into a mixture to produce required solutions.

Job Duties:

Handles batch making responsibilities in all departments. Trained to identify various colors and mixtures to achieve results. Responsible for housekeeping in the work area. Reports raw material/equipment needs to Production Manager. Helps maintain inventory levels/cycle counts. Report any discoloration or mismatched colors to a supervisor. Submit a batch sample to QC lab for approval and retain before filling. Other duties include assisting other operators, performing housekeeping of workstations, and any other task requested by a supervisor. This position involves lifting, standing, and moving for the entirety of the shift. The ideal candidate has great dexterity, an attention to detail, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
