Machine Operator - Blending & Pulverizing Medina, OH 3rd

Shift:

6:30PM - 3AM $24/hour + $3/hour shift differential during eligible overnight hours We are seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join a small, collaborative manufacturing team in Medina. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, asks good questions, works well independently, and enjoys learning how equipment and processes work. Direct pulverizing experience is not required. Candidates with machine operation, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, mechanical, or automotive repair backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Operate blending and pulverizing equipment Read work orders and blend materials according to established formulas Perform basic math involving fractions, ratios, and weights Operate a forklift and assist with material movement Perform routine and preventative equipment maintenance Monitor inventory and maintain organized records Troubleshoot basic equipment/process issues Work independently while communicating with the team on priorities Flex between production, equipment, and plant responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery Strong basic math skills and ability to accurately follow formulas Organized, detail-oriented work habits Curious mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong problem-solving skills Stable work history strongly preferred Previous manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, or automotive mechanic experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift

Schedule & Work Environment:

Rotating Saturdays as needed, primarily during busy season; up to approximately 26 Saturdays per year N95 respirator required approximately 2 non-consecutive days per week Steel-toe boots and standard PPE required
