Production Lead (Medina) SUMMARY The person fulfilling this role is able to produce candles of the highest quality by operating one or more machines used in the production of candles and related products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Support Operator daily task could consist of: Operating packaging equipment such as fillers, labelers, palletizers, tape guns, etc. Loading and unloading materials directly off the production line. Safely operate the production lines in accordance with work instructions to produce quality products made within established scheduled time frame. Safely operating material handling equipment to keep work area stocked with material and supplies needed for production or packing. Personal Skills and Abilities Keep up the production line in a fast-paced work environment. Continuously bend and lift 10 to 50 pounds. Perform quality checks as product comes off the line prior to packaging. Work and communicate with other functional and support departments as needed. Keep work area safe, clean and orderly. Openness to new ideas and a desire to learn. Attention to detail. Solid interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Good manual dexterity and coordination. Able to perform other tasks as assigned or needed.
