Join Our Team as a Cell Technician 3rd Shift Availability As a member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for testing and operating assemblies to guarantee that all production targets and quality standards are achieved. You will collaborate with your fellow production staff and supervisors to ensure that our equipment, tooling, and final outputs consistently satisfy client expectations. Please note that this position is located on-site and requires working the 3rd shift, which runs from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Your Contributions to Our Success Execute various authorized testing and assembly procedures. Analyze and adhere to technical assembly instructions, drawings, and established protocols. Help maintain high quality standards by operating test equipment, verifying calibration, and performing audits. Support operational efficiency by conducting routine equipment maintenance and adjusting non-conforming assemblies. Foster a productive environment by guiding team members and ensuring consistent workflow. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your workspace clean, organized, and free of foreign objects. Ensure all products meet dimensional and customer requirements by utilizing precise measuring tools and gauges. Qualifications for the Role High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be a US person. Strong literacy skills with the ability to comprehend complex procedures, drawings, and written instructions. Demonstrated manual dexterity and a strong desire to acquire new skills. Strong communication skills to help foster a collaborative team atmosphere. Reliable availability for the 3rd shift schedule (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM). Preferred Experience Candidates with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing setting are encouraged to apply.
