Shift :

5AM-3:30PM / Monday•Thursday (Occasional 5AM-1:30PM OT on Fridays) 3rd

Shift:

Position Description Set up and run tube fabrication machines to manufacture tube products. Read/understand prints and information provided in the shop traveler. Determining the correct tooling, fixtures and materials required to run the job. Setup and align machine using hand tools and gages to match drawing requirements. Troubleshoot machine during operation and make in-production adjustments to ensure product quality. Change out components required for the tube configuration. Load/unload tube and sheet metal stock handlers. Run parts efficiently•to print•with a sense of urgency Measures and inspect tubes to insure they meet the print and all quality requirements. Load finished tubes on to racks for transporting to other departments Requirements Able to lift at least 50 pounds Stand 10 hours or more per shift 2 years previous manufacturing experience Who is AllStaff?
