Job Description

Vipo seeks an experienced and motivated person to work at our manufacturing facility established in Holland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, setup, and operation of process machinery. In this situation, rework is complicated and expensive, so quality is more important than quick work. Processes include sanding/painting, extruding, and grinders/lathes. Responsibilities Candidate will be mechanically inclined and be responsible for both maintenance and operation of production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Procedures and guidelines will be documented in blueprints and manuals. Candidate needs to have a desire to build quality parts and be able to inspect work products to verify parts are properly made. The current team is very small. Candidates must be able to work effectively in such a team. Overtime is occasionally required to meet manufacturing deadlines. Candidates need to maintain a clean and safety work environment. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational school or associates degree in related field highly preferred.
  • Experience with material handling including forklifts and overhead cranes.

Schedule:
  • Full time hourly position generally a 40-hour week.
  • Overtime required to meet month end deadlines
