Position Summary Supervises, instructs and monitors temporaries, while performing machine fabrication or assembly line operations to mass-produce Sound Solutions for the Automotive Industry by performing the following duties. Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties) Inspects work pieces for conformance to specification and adjust machines to correct errors. Operates multiple machine controls to run a variety of parts. Supply needed material to multiple production lines by making the necessary physical and system transactions. Monitors required materials for multiple production lines in order to maintain proper efficiencies and material flow. Cross-Trained to operate all equipment and perform all tasks in the assembly process. Instruct temporary workers in the proper method and procedure of each task. Inspect and monitor the quality of parts, assembled components and finished products for all areas of assembly process. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Report production, cycle count, report scrap, and use basic math skills Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel. Performs activities of workers supervised

Requirements:

Must be familiar and comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery.

Schedule:

Sunday- Thursday 3rd shift 10:30pm - 7am (some weekends). Weekly Pay!
