Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery to meet production goals. Assemble parts to produce high-quality HVAC products. Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) to verify product specifications. Conduct quality inspections, reporting defects or inconsistencies. Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience with hands on product fabrication, including material processing and finishing required. Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring instruments is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Must be safety and quality-conscious. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Shift Details:
Training on 1st Shift required before transitioning to 3rd Shift. (M-Th 5:00AM- 3:30PM) 3rd
Shift:
Monday- Thursday | 6:30 PM
- 5:00 AM Includes additional $1.00 shift differential pay
