To Apply for this Job Click Here Machine Operator/Sheeter Operator Responsibilities Safely operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery to maintain production requirements Perform machine setups, changeovers, and routine adjustments as needed Read, interpret, and verify production orders, line orders, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Verify proper materials, components, tooling, and supplies are available prior to and throughout production Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormal operating conditions, defects, or potential equipment issues Perform quality inspections and make appropriate process adjustments to maintain product specifications Troubleshoot routine machine and production issues and escalate complex mechanical or equipment concerns when necessary Complete required production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately and timely Maintain production efficiency, product quality, and established operating standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Perform routine housekeeping and equipment-related tasks to support a productive manufacturing environment Safely access elevated work areas using permanent ladder structures as required Communicate effectively with team members, maintenance, quality, and leadership regarding production and equipment concerns Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or applicable work experience Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine operation and basic troubleshooting Ability to read and follow production orders, work instructions, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Strong communication, problem-solving Ability to safely climb and descend permanent ladder structures as required by the position Manufacturing experience multiple years / machine operating Mechanical / trouble shooting Printing background 7p-7a. Training on night shift for a month for training This position follows a rotating schedule: Work 2 days/off 2 days Work 3 days/off 2 days Work 2 days/off 3 days Must be available to work every other Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Steel toe shoes Physically demanding / standing 12 hours days Rotating Night Shift - 7:00 PM-7:00 AM $26.09 ( $25.34 per hour + $0.75 Shift Differential) Mt.
