$18.00 / hourShift:
Four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Soldering Technician to join our growing team in a clean, well-run production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with soldering or assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities Soldering, brazing, and assembly of small parts and components. Converting raw materials into sub-assemblies and/or finished goods. Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Pulling and preparing parts from inventory for assembly. Loading/unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies. Following detailed assembly instructions and shop orders. Providing feedback to improve production processes. Packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment. Maintaining a neat and organized work area. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of soldering and assembly experience. High School Diploma or GED. Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions accurately. Experience using soldering equipment, hand tools, and small machinery. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Job Types:
