Job Description

Blender Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented Blender Operator to join our team in Norton, OH. This position is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing environments who enjoys working with machinery and precision blending. Join our client's company that values quality and efficiency. As a Blender Operator, you'll be responsible for blending raw materials to meet exact specifications, ensuring smooth production flow. You will operate and maintain blending equipment, monitor product quality, and work alongside a team committed to meeting production targets. Hours:
3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM, Monday through
Friday Pay:
$18
  • $20 an hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix raw materials per specifications
  • Monitor the blending process and make adjustments to ensure product quality
  • Conduct routine maintenance on blending equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting
  • Use precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of blended materials
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety standards
  • Assist in training new employees on blending processes and equipment
Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
  • Ability to operate hand tools, forklift, and press brake machines is a plus
  • Good understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting Nice to
Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar software
  • Knowledge of welding techniques and interpreting technical documentation
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Manufacturing or technical training desirable
  • Experience with blending or mixing processes preferred
Other Requirements:
  • On-site work location
  • Ability to work 2nd shift, 3:00 PM
