As a Blender Operator, you'll be responsible for blending raw materials to meet precise specifications, ensuring smooth production processes. You'll operate and maintain blending equipment, monitor quality, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Hours:

3:00 PM - 11:00

PM Pay:

$18-$20 an hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix raw materials according to specifications Monitor the blending process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality Conduct routine maintenance on blending equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of blended materials Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production schedules are met Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards Assist in training new employees on blending processes and equipment operation

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred Ability to operate hand tools, forklift machinery, and press brake machines is advantageous Good understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting Nice to

Have Skills:

Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar software Knowledge of welding techniques and technical documentation interpretation

Preferred Education and Experience:

Manufacturing or technical training desirable Experience with blending or mixing processes preferred
