Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking skilled Builders to join our dynamic manufacturing team on our 1st & 2nd shifts. Standard 1st shift hours are 6:00am-2:00pm and our 2nd shift hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm with shift premium added. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in assembly and factory operations, with hands-on experience in using various pneumatic tools and machinery. As a Builder, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Assist in the movement of materials and products within the warehouse as needed. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic nail or staple guns is desirable. Warehouse experience is a plus, with an understanding of inventory management practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
