QualificationsHigh School Diploma, equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to read precision measuring tools accurately.
Adaptability to handle shifting production priorities and short-notice overtime.

Night Shift (6:45 PM - 7:00 AM), 3-1-3 rotation; initial 90-day training on Day Shift (6:45 AM - 7:00 PM)Pay:
$25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to drive high-performance results? Join Avery Dennison as an Extrusion Machine Operator! In this key role, you will take ownership of setting up, operating, and troubleshooting bulk roll film extrusion equipment to deliver top-quality productsKey Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion and material handling machinery per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Quality & Precision Control:
Monitor gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures. Conduct routine tests and inspect product dimensions using calibrated measuring tools.Process Optimization:
Identify equipment abnormalities, analyze root causes, and suggest continuous improvements to reduce waste and rework.Material & Records Management:
Load raw materials, manage machine controls, unload finished goods, and maintain accurate production logs.Teamwork & Safety:
Actively support site safety standards and collaborate across teams to achieve shared production goals.QualificationsHigh School Diploma, equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
