•Eight Hours Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Manufacturing Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in manufacturing and learning new skills. No previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is required. The right candidate will be trained on the equipment and processes needed to perform the job successfully. The Manufacturing Operator will work primarily with a coiling machine, following established procedures to produce quality products safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate a coiling machine and other manufacturing equipment after receiving training. Follow work instructions and established production procedures. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure proper performance. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Measure materials and finished products as required. Load and unload materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Meet production and quality standards. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors. Perform other general manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or currently completing high school. No previous manufacturing experience required
