Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to set up and operate wire coiling, stamping, and four-slide machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing high-quality parts while following established processes and maintaining strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate coiling, stamping, and/or four-slide machines Monitor production to ensure parts meet quality standards Inspect parts using measuring tools such as gauges and calipers Follow all work instructions, processes, and safety procedures Maintain consistent production output and efficiency Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete additional tasks as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow directions and retain information Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Education High School Diploma or GED preferred #INDJenSimilar remote jobs
