Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Breeder Farm Catcher in Paulding.

SHIFT HOURS

Typically a 6-day work schedule, approximately 4:30am-1:00pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$18.90 with the potential of increasing to $19.90 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses All training will be provided for this entry level position.

Job functions include:

Properly setting up and tearing down of A.I. equipment Assisting A.I. Technician with counting, penning, and properly moving and securing hens.
