This role is vital in transforming outdoor spaces and ensuring the successful execution of hardscape projects. As a key player, you will operate heavy machinery, assist with concrete forming, masonry, and other construction tasks that bring outdoor visions to life. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely, contributing to beautiful, durable landscapes and structures. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and compactors to prepare sites for hardscaping projects Assist in concrete forming, finishing, and placement to create durable patios, walkways, and retaining walls Install rebar and steel reinforcement according to schematics and project specifications Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing materials like stone, brick, tile, stucco, and concrete Perform masonry tasks including laying bricks, blocks, tiles, and applying plaster or stucco finishes Support renovation and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills such as trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, roofing, caulking, and welding when needed Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on hardscape installation or related fields Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites Join us if you're passionate about building exceptional outdoor environments!
