Develop and adapt curriculum materials to support diverse learning needs, including special education and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques, fostering a safe and respectful environment. Collaborate with families to communicate student progress, developmental milestones, and behavioral concerns regularly. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or classroom aides to ensure high-quality instruction and child safety. Maintain accurate records of student assessments, standardized testing results, lesson plans, and daily activities. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and literacy education techniques. Familiarity with special education needs and strategies for inclusive classroom environments. Experience with Montessori or other specialized educational approaches is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to develop curriculum content that incorporates math, physical education, childcare best practices, and standardized testing preparation.
