TK Machining Specialties (TKMS), based in Ross, OH, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. This role will support team members in a fast-paced machining environment. The Machine Operator sets up equipment, runs machines, inspects output, makes adjustments, and maintains safety and quality throughout each shift. You will work with industry-leading equipment from Makino, Matsuura, and Okuma , utilizing
FANUC CNC
controls to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency. Today, the company serves demanding industries such as aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing, earning recognition for its ability to produce tight-tolerance, complex components with quality, reliability, and advanced CNC technology. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to expand northwest of Cincinnati in the coming year.
Responsibilities:
Set up and run CNC machines per job instructions. Insert and load materials manually or using handling equipment. Perform laser engraving, deburring, media blasting, grinding, and lapping. Measure and saw material. Carry out daily and weekly routine maintenance, along with cleaning parts. Inspect parts using measurement tools and visual standards. Package components for shipment. Follow all safety procedures and report hazards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED, or Vocational Trade School. 1 -3 years of manufacturing/production experience. Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Ability to learn and retain new information. High school math and reading skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Must demonstrate professionalism, organization, and self-accountability. Experience conducting in-process inspection. Prior machine operation experience. Exemplify the company's values and ethical standards.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Overtime Opportunities available
