Packaging / Assembly / Kitting Associate - 1st Shift Looking for a steady 1st shift opportunity where you can stay busy, work with your hands, and be part of a team We are hiring Packaging / Assembly / Kitting Associates to help assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required — we're looking for people with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing Assemble multiple parts and components into completed kits Follow work orders, instructions, and diagrams to ensure accuracy Perform visual inspections and quality checks Complete basic product testing when required Package and label finished products for shipment Place completed kits on skids or in designated areas Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Work with your team to meet daily production goals Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues What We're Looking For Previous assembly, packaging, kitting, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and work orders Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Work Environment This position is located in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and may involve repetitive hand motions, standing throughout the shift, and working around production or packaging equipment.
