Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 30 days

Temp-to-hireWeekly pay and great long-term potentialKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and align dies, tooling, and equipment for forging and production operationsUse hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to position and secure heavy dies (up to 75 lbs)Read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accuracy and qualityPerform first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments for proper fit and alignmentWork closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth changeovers and safe operationsMaintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and lockout/tagout proceduresQualificationsStrong mechanical mindset — experience building or repairing cars, machinery, or similar equipment is a plusAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shiftPrior manufacturing or die setup experience preferredComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and part drawingsReliable transportation and good attendanceMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Ready to Apply?
