Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Streetsboro who is filling a 1st shift position for a Roll Coater. Shift times are Mon-Fri 6:00AM-4:30PM some Fridays may be reduced hours with possible Fridays off depending on production completion and the starting pay rate is $19.00.

Duties Include:

Coating Steel Sheets, verification of viscosity, color changes of lining, loading pallets of steel, preventative maintenance, moving 5-gallon pails of paint, moving drums of paint.

Skills Include:

Ability to read & comprehend simple instructions, ability to write effectively. Ability to mathematical complete equations of units of measurement; ratios, percents, and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables; instructions in written, oral, diagram and schedule format. MUST be able to lift 50lb continuously. MUST have a clean criminal background check and able to pass a drug test. MUST have Diploma/ GED MUST have atleast 3years experience in manufacturing.
