Pay Rate:

$18.50 per hour Job Summary We are seeking multiple Machine Operators to set up, operate, and monitor equipment in a production environment. This role involves configuring and calibrating machines, setting dies, loading and feeding materials, and ensuring parts meet quality and dimensional standards. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate machines Monitor machine operation to detect issues such as jamming, wrinkling, or material defects Read and interpret measurements using tape measures and micrometers to ensure accuracy Adjust machines as needed to maintain specified sheet dimensions Pack and label finished products according to customer specifications Identify poor-quality materials and report issues to supervision or Quality Control Complete production paperwork accurately to track sheet counts and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum one (1) year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and micrometer accurately Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Basic computer skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation required No felony convictions
