Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tube Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal tube components. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading and the ability to work with various materials while ensuring safety and precision in all operations. Duties Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Set up and calibrate laser equipment for optimal performance. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Utilize hand tools and milling machines for assembly and finishing processes. Conduct routine maintenance on laser equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience operating laser cutting machines is preferred. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Experience with hand tools, machining, and assembly techniques is beneficial. Forklift operation experience is a plus, ensuring safe material handling within the facility.
