Experience Requirements 0 to 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred. No prior machine operating experience required for motivated candidates willing to learn through hands-on training. Strong work history demonstrating reliability, dependability, and attendance. Preferred Qualifications Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting production goals. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift, excluding breaks. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 50 pounds. Regular climbing of ladders throughout the workday. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment. Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery. Job Duties Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor production machinery, including computer-controlled equipment, to meet quality and productivity standards. Read job orders, blueprints, and work instructions to produce parts to specification. Perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools and make machine adjustments as needed. Complete minor machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting basic equipment issues. Record production data, machine performance, output, and downtime accurately. Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and maintain an audit-ready facility.
