Ability to read job orders, follow work instructions, and accurately complete production documentation. Basic math and computer skills required. Experience Requirements 0 to 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred. No prior machine operating experience required for motivated candidates willing to learn through hands-on training. Strong work history demonstrating reliability, dependability, and attendance. Job Duties Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor production machinery, including computer-controlled equipment, to meet quality and productivity standards. Read job orders, blueprints, and work instructions to produce parts to specification. Perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools and make machine adjustments as needed. Complete minor machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting basic equipment issues. Record production data, machine performance, output, and downtime accurately. Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and maintain an audit-ready facility.
