Uni-Grip | Full-Time | 1st Shift (7:00 AM-3:15 PM)or 2nd Shift (3:00-11:15 PM) | Starting at $21.25/hour plus 2nd shift premium Uni-Grip is family-owned company with a laid-back atmosphere — a hardworking team that pulls together to get the job done right. Every seal, trim, and profile we make starts with a skilled Line Operator. If you've run production equipment before and take pride in getting the details right, we want to talk to you! Responsibilities Set up and operate extrusion lines via PQS procedures; log production in our ERP system Monitor quality against spec, adjusting as needed Maintain equipment (dies, belts) and keep accurate material inventory Qualifications HS diploma/equivalent; 6+ months manufacturing/production experience required Extrusion, injection molding, or CNC experience preferred Comfortable with tape measures/calipers, basic troubleshooting, and math Benefits 401(k) match
