Job Description

Machine Operator $18/hr Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality metal parts using stamping machines. You will work either from 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, or from 4:30pm to 4:00am Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities Operate stamping machines to produce metal parts. Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gages for precise measurements. Read and interpret work orders and prints accurately. Communicate effectively with the Production Supervisor via intranet, email, telephone, or in-person. Coordinate specific needs with the Material Handler. Report miss-hits or problems to the Production Supervisor. Document labor times and part counts for work orders. Attend the press throughout its operation and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions. 2016 certification. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley City, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
