Job Description

Responsible for monitoring and conducting quality checks to ensure quality product is packed and customers are happy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You closely monitor the line and stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur and clear machine jams. You replenish the supplies necessary to keep the line running in a timely manner to prevent downtime —this includes stocking conveyors or hoppers with containers, lids boxes or labels. You maintain quality records accurately, consistently conduct quality inspections and notify your coach if something doesn't look quite right. You do your part to keep the packaging room clean and neat and document cleaning tasks on the Master Cleaning Schedule. You make minor adjustments to equipment during production to optimize efficiency and to keep the line running. You safely operate a pallet jack as needed, to bring supplies in/out of the packaging room.
TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED
You have high attention to detail and are able to catch the slightest errors or non-conformities. You have effective listening and troubleshooting skills. You can work quickly and efficiently while maintaining neatness, thoroughness, accuracy and focus. You are self-motivated and look for ways to help those around you. You are physically able to grab, lift and move product and equipment. The full-time position has great benefits including health insurance, 401K, PTO, and a relaxed but challenging, team-oriented work environment where we have fun and do business together. And of course, we're a welcoming equal opportunity employer!
