Cooper Farms is currently seeking a weekend Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Van Wert. The primary goal of this position is to perform major rebuilds and play integral role in all projects involving equipment. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1,000 at thirty days, $1,000 at sixty days and $1,000 at six months. STARTING RATE

$26.65

•$34.65/hour depending on experience

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided.

Job functions include:

Perform machine rebuilds.

Troubleshoot and repair complicated machine issues.

Ensure completion of all jobs and maintain an accurate log of work.

Engineer and fabricate machine upgrades and repairs.

Ensure all equipment is ready for start-up on Monday mornings.

Rebuild parts for equipment (motor, gearbox, heaters, etc.)
