Job Description

Machine Operator - 2nd
Shift Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:30
PM Pay Rate:
$15.75/hour
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Load materials and remove finished products from machines. Perform basic quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies and company procedures. Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
Skills & Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand for the entire 8-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled. Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
