Wabash Valley Produce is currently seeking Day and Night Shift Dryer Operators to join our team at our egg drying facility in Zanesville, Ohio. What You Will Do As a Dryer Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process by operating and maintaining equipment while ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment and production areas during startup.
• Monitor the fermentation process and transfer products to holding tanks.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain food safety standards.
• Complete all production logs and documentation accurately.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all company safety procedures.
• Perform basic quality testing, including pH and moisture analysis.
• Provide support for other shift operations as needed. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a sanitary environment while preventing cross-contamination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
