Tulsa, OK Job Summary We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators / Rubber Molder Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating molding machinery, monitoring production quality, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities Operate rubber molding and production machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload materials into molding equipment Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect finished products for quality and defects Trim, package, or prepare finished rubber products for shipment or next-stage production Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures, production standards, and supervisor instructions Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations Requirements 6 Months of previous manufacturing experience Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled Get paid whenever you need with wages on-demand via ZayZoon.
